Role Description

The Midwest Territory Sales/Account Manager will focus on growing and maintaining relationships with customers in the Midwest region. Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, generating and nurturing leads, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales of LaserLinc’s industry-leading products. The candidate will play a key role in identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and achieving revenue goals. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Fairborn, OH, allowing for a balance of on-site and remote work as needed.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Customer Service and Lead Generation capabilities
  • Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Experience in technical sales or knowledge of precision measurement technology is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
