The Role
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle for mid-sized multi-site brands and regional franchise networks. You aren't just managing a pipeline; you are consulting directly with business owners, executives, and operators to fundamentally transform how they run their businesses.
This is a high-impact, high-reward role for a strategic closer who loves navigating multi-stakeholder deals, uncovering deep operational pain points, and driving rapid revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with our SDR team while also proactively hunting into mid-market accounts to expand Operandio’s footprint across North America.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Full Cycle: Manage mid-market sales opportunities from initial discovery and custom product demonstrations all the way through negotiation and closing.
- Consultative Selling: Deeply understand the operational complexities of multi-site and franchise operations to articulate Operandio’s value proposition to executive stakeholders and busy business owners.
- Pipeline Expansion: Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to map target accounts, while independently driving your own outbound strategy into key mid-market prospects.
- Run Masterful Demos: Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that highlight how our platform digitizes compliance, training, and deskless workforce management.
- Hit the Numbers: Carry a quarterly sales quota and consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Mentor Future Closers: Act as a leader in the bullpen—collaborating with, shadowing, and helping to coach SDRs as they prepare to graduate into Junior AE roles.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of selling to mid-market accounts or multi-site businesses (experience in hospitality, franchise networks, or deskless workforce operations is a massive plus).
- A Master Communicator: You excel at commanding a room (or a Zoom), writing compelling business cases, and tailoring your message to everyone from a franchise manager to a C-level executive.
- Resilient & Driven: You possess a "founder mentality"—you have a high motor, view roadblocks as opportunities, and don't wait around for a playbook to tell you how to win.
- Coachable & Collaborative: You thrive in a high-feedback environment, constantly seeking to sharpen your sales methodology and elevate the team around you.
