AdsGency AI is an AI-native startup building a multi-agent automation layer for digital advertising.
Our platform uses LLM-powered agents to autonomously launch, optimize, and scale ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more — without human marketers in the loop.

We’re scaling GTM fast and are building a high-output, founder-led sales engine.
This is a true full-cycle AE role, not a “close inbound leads” job.
As a Founding AE, you’ll own deals from first touch to close, working directly with founders to define ICPs, messaging, pricing, and sales motion. You’ll help turn early traction into repeatable revenue.

✅ 3–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
✅ Proven ability to close outbound-led deals
✅ Strong discovery, demo, and negotiation skills
✅ Comfort selling complex or technical products
✅ Bias for action and ownership — no hand-holding
✅ Thrives in high-speed, high-accountability environments
✨ Experience in AI, AdTech, or MarTech
📈 Early-stage startup or founder-led sales experience
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok ecosystems
🤝 Experience helping build sales processes from scratch
