A leading AmLaw 100 firm is looking to add a talented Capital Markets Associate to its growing team.
The practice advises issuers, underwriters, placement agents, investors, and other market participants on a broad range of public and private securities transactions.
This is a strong opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners on sophisticated capital markets transactions, including:
- Public and private securities offerings
- Debt and equity capital markets transactions
- Investment grade and high yield debt offerings
- IPOs, follow ons, and ATM programs
- Private placements and Rule 144A / Reg S offerings
- Exchange offers, tender offers, and liability management transactions
- SEC reporting, disclosure, and corporate governance matters
Requirements:
- J.D. class of 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023
- Capital markets, securities, public company advisory, or financing experience
- Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or comparable platform preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Commercial, responsive, and comfortable in a fast paced transactional environment
