Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mid-Level Associate Attorney at our Stamford, CT office. The responsibilities include representing clients in litigation and dispute resolution, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, providing advice in labor and employment law matters, and participating in negotiations. The role requires a strong ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with the legal team to develop strategies and ensure favorable client outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Solid foundation in Law, with a particular focus on Labor and Employment Law
• Proven ability to conduct thorough Legal Research and provide thoughtful and accurate Legal Advice
• Strong Negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients in various legal scenarios
• Attention to detail and ability to prepare and manage legal documents professionally
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in the state of Connecticut
• 2-5 years of experience in litigation, with exposure to real estate and foreclosure defense considered an asset
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused approach
