Primary Services is looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support our prestigious client. This role is for a professional ready to join a large-scale enterprise and to manage the technical and functional needs of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, and procurement teams to enhance application systems and support business scaling.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL code to align functionality with business needs.
- Integrate Business Central with third-party applications and services using APIs and collaborate with IT for seamless deployment and configuration.
- Partner with end-users to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and optimize module usage across AR, AP, Projects, and Fixed Assets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, workflows, and reporting as the primary point of contact for user inquiries.
- Develop and deliver user training programs, guides, and documentation to support new and existing users.
- Stay current on Business Central updates to incorporate relevant system enhancements into the existing environment.
- Leverage SQL Server knowledge and utilize Azure services to support database management and cloud-based solutions.
- Apply project management and agile methodologies to ensure efficient system implementation and support.
- Design and build Power Apps to automate workflows and improve the overall user experience.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of technology stacks across multiple business entities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in ERP administration or development.
- Extensive experience working specifically within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proficiency in developing solutions for Business Central using AL code.
- Strong technical knowledge of SQL Server and Azure services.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party application connectivity.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of Business Central modules, including Continia, Multi-Entity Management, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets.
