Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Superintendent with excellent computer skills and experience in the electrical field, specifically in Data Centers. The candidate should be familiar with Switchgears and UPS systems. The projects are located in Dallas, Atlanta GA, Northern VA, Mississippi, and Chicago, and the role requires travel between these locations.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly understand the schedule and overall project scope.
• Assist in maintaining the project schedule daily through Touch plan.
• Work with the Project Scheduler to develop progress schedules, such as two-week look-ahead schedules, in conjunction with the Project Manager.
• Prepare and distribute daily logs on Procore.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling necessary inspections.
• Prepare agendas for regular construction meetings.
• Enforce site safety, security, and visitor access.
• Ensure quality and workmanship of finished products.
• Develop and maintain the Site Utilization plan.
• Maintain phone logs.
• Prepare pre-punch list items.
• Collaborate with the Project Site Engineer to upload all pertinent project information on Procore.
• Provide site safety training and enforce safety compliance on the project site.
• Conduct weekly tool talks.
• Secure any required hot work permits for the project.

• 7-10 years of experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of McAllen, TX.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in McAllen,TX.
