As a Preconstruction Manager you will:
- Leading MEP estimating, analysis, and scope development across multiple projects
- Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and completeness
- Managing subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope coordination
- Supporting value engineering initiatives to optimize cost and performance
- Collaborating closely with project managers, design teams, and leadership
- Providing strategic input during preconstruction to mitigate risk and improve delivery
You will ideally possess:
- Strong experience in MEP estimating or preconstruction within commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage MEP packages across multiple projects
- Experience with ground-up and interior fit-out projects
- Knowledge across sectors such as healthcare, education, hospitality, or office
- Proficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, or Excel-based estimating systems
- Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident working cross-functionally
