The organization provides integrated education, health, mental health, and family support to help teen parents and their children thrive. A multidisciplinary team collaborates to create a safe, inclusive, and culturally responsive environment. Florence Crittenton Denver partners with community organizations and schools to increase access to care and resources. In this role, you will not only provide therapy, but you will also mentor the next generation of clinicians, supervise inters and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a meaningful, lasting impact.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
· Provide individual, group & family therapy.
· Supervise and mentor graduate-level clinical interns.
· Lead therapy groups (parenting, relationships, grief/loss, etc.).
· Collaborate with educators, case managers and community partners.
REQUIRED:
· Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, MFT or related field.
· Eligibility to work in the United States for any employer.
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
· Active Colorado licensure (LPC, LCSW or LMFT.)
· Fluency in Spanish.
· Strong foundation in trauma-informed care and perinatal mental health.
