Job Title: Medical Receptionist
Overview
The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients at a busy outpatient diagnostic imaging center. This role plays a critical part in delivering a positive patient experience while ensuring accurate registration, insurance verification, referral compliance, and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This position is based at an outpatient diagnostic imaging center with approximately 60 employees across three locations. Each site supports a team of roughly 20 staff members. Two shifts are available:
Both shifts include a 30-minute paid lunch. Two openings are available—one for each shift.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Syracuse, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
