Compensation: $120,000–$175,000 DOE + Bonus Potential

A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Healthcare Litigation Associate to join its expanding Raleigh office. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated healthcare and professional liability matters representing hospitals, healthcare systems, physician groups, long-term care facilities, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage healthcare and medical malpractice litigation matters through all phases of litigation
• Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation
• Advise healthcare clients on risk management, litigation strategy, and regulatory considerations
• Represent providers in professional liability, credentialing, and licensing-related disputes
• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on complex and high-exposure matters

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of healthcare, medical malpractice, or complex litigation experience
• Active North Carolina Bar admission
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
• Ability to independently manage matters and maintain client relationships
