What You’ll Do

  • Handle complex medical malpractice and healthcare litigation matters
  • Manage cases involving catastrophic injuries and high-risk claims
  • Engage in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Collaborate within a team-based environment alongside experienced attorneys and legal staff
  • Gain hands-on courtroom experience and direct client interaction


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of healthcare/medical malpractice litigation experience
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar admission (required)
  • Strong litigation, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $180,000. [Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.]
