Medical Malpractice Attorney (Plaintiff Side)

Our Firm is looking for a Medical Malpractice Attorney to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role focused on legal writing, discovery, depositions, and case development ideal for attorneys who enjoy building strong cases and working closely with senior leadership.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
• Draft complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Handle discovery and case strategy.
• Work with medical experts & records.
• Participate in depositions and mediations.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of litigation experience (Med Mal or PI preferred).
• Strong legal writing & analytical skills.
• Plaintiff-side experience is a big plus.
🕒 Work Environment:
• 45–50 hours/week.
• Collaborative, high-impact plaintiff practice.
💰Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between [$180,000 – $220,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
