Develop and execute verification and validation (V&V) test plans, protocols, and reports.
Perform hands-on testing of electromechanical systems, components, and assemblies.
Analyze test results and document findings against product requirements.
Troubleshoot hardware and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project Management teams.
Review electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to develop effective test methods.
Support product development activities including feasibility, characterization, compliance, and change testing.
Maintain laboratory equipment, test fixtures, and inventory.
Ensure testing activities comply with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
1+ years of experience in Verification & Validation (V&V), product testing, or hardware testing.
Experience with electromechanical systems and component-level testing.
Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters (DMM), power supplies, calipers, force gauges, pressure gauges, or similar tools.
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within the Medical Device, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries.
Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO 13485, or medical device quality systems.
Experience with compliance or pre-compliance testing.
Familiarity with ALM or other test management tools.
