Electrical Engineer
Must Have : Electrical design and Test Fixture background from Medical Device Industry (Preffered)- Don't want Wire Harness Candidates.
Inputs from HM (The position requires hands-on experience with large-scale instrumentation, including independent fixture design and system integration.
Additionally, the role involves active troubleshooting of electronic systems during integration, which requires strong and current application of core electronic fundamentals. We observed indications that this may be an area where additional ramp-up would be needed)
Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer for the development, integration, characterization, and troubleshooting of subsystem-level electrical testers. This role is highly technical and execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on practical hardware engineering.
The ideal candidate should have 4–8 years of recent hands-on experience in designing and building electronics and semi-automated test systems, integrating hardware/software, and debugging complex electrical issues.

Strong troubleshooting skills using lab tools
Experience across full lifecycle: concept → build → bring-up → support
Responsibilities
· Provide electrical engineering support for medical equipment sustenance.
· Investigate field issues using RCA/8D; implement CAPA.
· Drive design changes via ECR/ECO; support V&V.
· Maintain schematics, BOMs, wiring diagrams, and technical docs.
· Ensure compliance with IEC 60601 and related standards.
· Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and service teams.
· Support reliability initiatives (FMEA, failure analysis, design reviews).
· Provide technical support for PCBAs, assemblies, and test systems.
· Manage component obsolescence and product lifecycle updates.
