Salary $86,000 to $115,000 + 40% bonus and profit sharing: Outstanding benefits. OTE: $110,000 to $140,000
Must Have:
Strong focus on safety; high level of safety awareness (LOTOTO, TCOS, etc.) and proven safety record; NFPA 70E knowledge
Good working knowledge of safety in an industrial environment
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
Electrically focused troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
5 or more years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, focused on facilities, substation, and water treatment equipment maintenance and maintenance management
Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the plant’s power distribution systems, ensuring reliable performance across departments. Manage and coordinate with utilities, vendors, and contractors for equipment maintenance, installations, and ongoing support. Prioritize safety by driving initiatives, supporting team improvements, and ensuring compliance in all maintenance and project activities. Execute preventative maintenance, support high-voltage systems (up to 345kV), and assist with planning and coordinating maintenance shutdowns.
