What You Will Do at Aptar Pharma:

Risk-Based Equipment Assessment:

  • Conduct an inspection of equipments and define remediate action to maintain equipment performance at target.
  • Evaluate equipment condition based on potential business impact, including production loss, safety concerns, and operational disruptions.

Preventive Maintenance Scheduling:

  • Inspect and maintain PM practices, ensure consistency across multiple shifts and apply appropriate training as necessary to ensure maintenance efficiency.
  • Training of new mechanics and development plan for Mechanics.
  • Develop an annual PM module.

Spare Parts Inventory Management:

  • Assess the criticality of spare parts required for maintenance and repairs.
  • Consider factors such as lead time, cost, and impact on machine availability when determining optimal inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain a spare part inventory that balance availability with cost-effectiveness, minimizing downtime due to part shortages.

Autotest part management & Associated Down time

  • Maintain, appropriate inventory of Auto test part.
  • Fabricate and check spare part before refilling inventory.
  • Monitor downtime associated to Auto-test failed and apply appropriate corrective actions (improvement of the part, improvement of auto test sequence, training, etc..)

What Aptar Pharma Is Looking For:

  • Mechanical experience and knowledge of industrial assembly equipment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the technical field on mechanical improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for investigating details and identifying root causes proactively.
  • Proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing preventive solutions.
  • Use Computerized System Microsoft office package, PBI, Neptune ALM,
  • Strong communication skills.

Compensation and Base Annual Pay

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is USD $34.41 to $46.41 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
