We are seeking an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer to support manufacturing operations through plant layout design, process optimization, and CAD-based engineering projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants hands-on exposure to production environments, equipment integration, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing facility.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and modify plant layouts, equipment drawings, and manufacturing designs using SolidWorks and CAD software
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency, safety, and throughput
  • Assist with equipment installations, workflow improvements, and manufacturing line updates
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to solve production challenges
  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and technical drawings
  • Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing processes and identifying root causes of operational issues
  • Support capital projects and facility expansion initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks and CAD software required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a plant/manufacturing environment and collaborate with production teams
  • Internship, co-op, or project experience in manufacturing is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
