Job Title: Fluidics Engineer III

Duration: 18+ Months Contract with possible extension

Location: Atlanta, GA

Role Summary

Seeking a Fluidics Engineer III with strong hands-on lab testing experience to design and develop fluidic and thermal systems for foodservice/beverage equipment. The role involves testing, validation, and cross-functional collaboration within a stage-gate development process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lab and system-level testing to troubleshoot and validate designs
• Support DFMEA, DOE, and reliability testing
• Design fluidic and thermal mechanical systems
• Collaborate with software, electrical, and manufacturing teams
• Define requirements and ensure product performance and quality
• Use 8D/A3/DMAIC for problem-solving
• Create designs using CREO and manage changes in Windchill

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (ABET) in Mechanical, Aerospace, Biomedical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and electromechanical systems
• Mandatory: Hands-on laboratory testing experience
• Experience with testing, data analysis, and technical documentation

Preferred

• Master’s degree
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or LabVIEW
• Exposure to embedded systems and stage-gate development
