This role focuses on precise mechanical assembly, including crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing components while following detailed instructions and working closely with a production team. You will use hand and power tools to perform final assembly tasks, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and reliable builds.

Work Environment
This is a 2nd shift position with typical hours of 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime and some Saturdays required when scheduled. In some cases, the shift may extend to 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM depending on production needs. The role is based in a light industrial production environment focused on mechanical assembly work. You will regularly use hand tools and power tools, including drills and related equipment, while working on production units. The setting is team-oriented and fast-paced, with close supervision and frequent monitoring of quality and output. Candidates must be able to commit to the scheduled 2nd shift hours and be available to work Saturdays when required as part of regular overtime expectations.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
