Job Title: Assembler – Medical Device Manufacturing (Temecula)

Job Summary

Assemble and produce high-quality cardiovascular medical devices in a cleanroom environment. Follow clear instructions and quality standards to ensure safe, accurate products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble medical devices and small components using written instructions
  • Perform electronic, mechanical assembly, coating, packaging, and testing
  • Use microscopes, hand tools, soldering tools, adhesives, and test equipment
  • Inspect parts, measure components, and record results accurately
  • Repair or rework devices when needed
  • Maintain clean work areas and follow safety and cleanroom rules
  • Complete all paperwork and ensure part traceability
  • Work closely with team members and accept feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ months manufacturing experience (more for higher levels)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic English reading and writing skills
  • Comfortable with repetitive, detail-oriented work
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom and follow strict procedures
  • Experience using small tools and microscopes is a plus

Shifts & Pay

Experience Levels

  • Operator I: 6 months
  • Operator II: 3–4 years
  • Operator III: 5+ years

1st Shift (5am or 6am start)

  • Operator I: $19.25/hr
  • Operator II: $20.00/hr
  • Operator III: $20.75/hr

2nd Shift (2pm–10:30pm)

  • Operator I: $21.18/hr
  • Operator II: $22.00/hr
  • Operator III: $22.83/hr
  • Mandatory overtime, including Saturdays
  • 2nd shift must train on 1st shift for 6–8 weeks
  • Day 1 orientation: 7:00am–1:30pm

Work Environment

  • Cleanroom and manufacturing setting
  • Strict safety, cleanliness, and dress code requirements
  • No makeup, jewelry, or false lashes in cleanroom

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr.
