We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Material Handlers to support production and material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is key to maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety across operations.

Location: Newton, NC
Pay: $18.00 an hour
Shift: 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities Available

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Material Handlers to support production and material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is key to maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety across operations.

• Operate assembly equipment and machinery safely at required production rates 
• Operate a forklift to move, load, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Perform line feeding to support continuous workflow
• Assemble parts in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct quality checks, including first piece inspections
• Complete required documentation (VE logs, scrap logs, rework logs, reference logs, etc.)
• Perform machine changeovers accurately
• Separate, tag, and place scrap/rework materials in designated areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Forklift operating and material handling experience required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
• High school diploma or GED required
