MAU is hiring a Master Scheduler for our client in Bangor, ME. As a Master Scheduler, you will manage and lead all production scheduling activities for the manufacturing and repair of rotors and components. This is a long-term contract assignment (18 months), with ability to move into direct hire role.

Shift Information:

  • Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM


Required Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience with SAP or other ERP systems for scheduling and planning
  • Strong background in capacity modeling and production planning


Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Background in aerospace, heavy manufacturing, or component repair services
  • Experience scheduling with external vendors and logistics providers
  • Familiarity with high-mix, low-volume production environments

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across operations, maintenance, logistics, and vendors
  • Analytical and forecasting proficiency


Essential Functions:

  • Develop and manage the master production schedule in SAP for manufacturing and repair of rotors and components
  • Establish and maintain slot plans with repair teams to allocate capacity for customer orders
  • Monitor production milestones and adjust schedules based on staffing, equipment availability, and shifting priorities
  • Coordinate schedules across operations, maintenance, and logistics to align with project timelines
  • Communicate schedule changes, delivery estimates, and risks to stakeholders and customers
  • Maintain and update long-range forecast plans to support strategic resource planning
  • Manage high-speed rotor balance scheduling with third-party vendors, including slot booking, progress tracking, and logistics coordination


Working Conditions:

  • Onsite role at a manufacturing and repair facility in Bangor, ME
  • Requires cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
