About the Role

CFS North America is seeking a proactive, organized, and high-energy Marketing Specialist to join our growing North America team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with several years of experience who enjoys building systems, managing complex projects, and driving marketing initiatives from concept through execution.


The Marketing Specialist will serve as the internal champion for our CRM platform (HubSpot), helping strengthen how we manage customer relationships, track marketing performance, and support the commercial sales team. The role will also lead coordination of trade shows, sales meetings, and marketing campaigns while supporting the development of commercial marketing content.



This position offers the opportunity to work closely with sales leadership, technical teams, and senior management while gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing activities in a global B2B organization.

What You’ll Do:

1. HubSpot CRM Champion

  • Serve as the internal champion and primary administrator for HubSpot.
  • Support the adoption and effective use of CRM tools across marketing and sales teams.
  • Maintain data integrity, manage workflows, and support reporting dashboards
  • Help improve lead management, campaign tracking, and customer engagement processes.

2. Campaign & Project Management

  • Coordinate and execute the development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and events.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Own timelines and budgets for assigned marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.

3. Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead planning and logistics for internal sales meetings and external trade shows.
  • Coordinate vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to deliver polished events experiences.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-up activities with strong attention to detail.

4. Sales Team & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Technical Services, and Finance to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
  • Develop commercial marketing materials including presentations, product sheets, and case studies.
  • Translate complex technical information into engaging and accessible marketing materials.

5. Brand & Internal Communication

  • Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Contribute to internal communications, including newsletters and announcements.
  • Support development and management of brand assets and templates.


What You Bring

Must have working knowledge of the following:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible messaging.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms, with a desire to own and enhance CRM capabilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and campaign tracking.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across commercial and technical teams.
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or science-based industries.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns and events.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel as needed for trade shows, sales meetings, and events.
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and move marketing materials or event supplies (up to ~25 lbs).
