Marketing Manager – Pinarello US

Role Overview
Pinarello is seeking a dynamic and highly strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute brand-building initiatives across the U.S. market. This role is responsible for driving premium brand positioning, supporting dealer sell-through, and creating impactful consumer experiences across our touchpoints.
The ideal candidate blends creativity with analytical rigor, bringing a strong understanding of luxury branding, cycling culture, and omnichannel marketing execution. This position plays a critical role in aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives and strengthening the connection between Pinarello, its dealer network, and end consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Lead the execution of the Pinarello US marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with our global brand standards
- Maintain premium brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints, reinforcing differentiation through storytelling and visual excellence
- Partner with global marketing to localize campaigns, product launches, and messaging for the U.S. market
Dealer & Channel Marketing
- Develop and execute marketing programs that support the Independent Bicycle Dealer (IBD) network and drive sell-through
- Manage co-op marketing programs and ensure equitable, ROI-driven investment across dealer partners
- Deliver dealer-facing tools, training, and product education initiatives to improve conversion and brand consistency
Product Launches & Campaigns
- Own U.S. go-to-market plans for new product launches, including integrated digital, retail, PR, and event strategies
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, availability, and messaging
- Manage campaign calendars and ensure seamless execution across all channels
Analytics & Performance
- Track and evaluate marketing performance, ensuring a strong connection between marketing activity and sales outcomes
- Utilize data to inform investment decisions and improve campaign ROI
- Report on KPIs including traffic, engagement, dealer performance, and conversion metrics
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within premium consumer goods, cycling, or sports/lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing (digital, retail, events, PR)
- Experience working with dealer/distribution networks preferred
- Proven ability to manage product launches and integrated campaigns
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring ROI and performance metrics
- Passion for cycling and/or endurance sports strongly preferred

Pay Range: $80,000 – $95,000
