Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. This role will be onsite 3x per week in Mountain View, CA.


*This is a 1-year W2 contract position with benefits & paid holidays!*


As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive and manage email, push and SMS/RCS campaigns that drive customer progression and retention, elevating key value props for the upcoming tax season!


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage end-to-end execution for simultaneous mobile and email campaigns, writing clear, impactful, and action-driven creative briefs
  • Report on campaign and channel performance, sharing actionable insights with key business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Analytics teams to develop complex test plans, gather campaign/channel metrics analysis, reporting, and ensure proper campaign implementation
  • Drive continuous improvement processes, including AI-enabled automations for streamlined campaign deployment


Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in email marketing, push notifications, SMS, RCS and/or in-product display ads
  • Proven experience applying AI-driven marketing solutions, including AI/ML models or generative AI to automate manual tasks, summarize large customer data sets, and streamline the end-to-end campaign deployment process
  • Prior experience working with third-party agencies, clearly articulating requirements


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Prior experience in SaaS or FinTech industries strongly preferred!
