Position Description: Marketing ManagerGovernment Window is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand, support growth, and expand visibility in the public sector market. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that communicate the value of Government Window’s secure, purpose-built payment solutions for state and local government agencies. The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales and internal stakeholders to build brand consistency, generate qualified demand, support campaigns, and create clear, credible communications that resonate with government decision-makers and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications strategies that support revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand visibility in the government technology market.
- Manage and strengthen the Government Window brand across all marketing materials, campaigns, digital channels, and external communications, with a consistent focus on trust, security, service, and ease of use.
- Oversee website content, updates, and optimization to clearly communicate Government Window’s solutions, capabilities, and value to county, municipal, and agency audiences.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality creative content including collateral, case studies, blogs, email campaigns, presentations, and social media content that support thought leadership and solution awareness.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce and Pardot to support lead generation, campaign execution, contact segmentation, email automation, and performance reporting.
- Develop and manage LinkedIn content and campaign activity to elevate Government Window’s profile, promote customer value stories, and engage target public-sector audiences.
- Own the editorial planning and development of blog content that highlights industry trends, customer outcomes, digital payment modernization, and best practices for government agencies.
- Partner closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, support outreach efforts, and align marketing programs with pipeline goals and customer priorities.
- Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns across channels, measuring performance and recommending improvements based on data and business outcomes.
- Coordinate and support industry events, conferences, and trade shows, including promotional planning, messaging, collateral, and post-event follow-up communications.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, improve program execution, and guide future strategy.
- Ensure all communications reflect a professional, credible voice that aligns with Government Window’s role as a trusted technology partner to government agencies.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing branding, digital marketing, and content development initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot, including campaign setup, lead management, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing, blog strategy, email marketing, and website content management.
- Ability to create compelling written and visual content for multiple audiences and channels.
- Experience supporting sales teams through marketing collateral, messaging, and campaign coordination.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and make recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Experience- Experience in government technology, public sector software, payments, fintech, or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with marketing to state and local government audiences, including agencies, departments, and administrative stakeholders.
- Experience with lead nurturing, demand generation, and campaign optimization in a B2B or public-sector sales environment.
- Experience managing external vendors, designers, writers, or event partners.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, CRM reporting, and digital engagement practices that support measurable business results.
- A current Salesforce Pardot Specialist certification (or equivalent hands-on experience navigating complex automation rules and engagement.

Location, Compensation & Benefits- Kennesaw, GA based business
- Competitive salary range of $85,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonus opportunity
