BRAND & CONTENT MANAGER
Asheville NC
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand & Content Manager to lead the development, execution, and evolution of our construction client’s brand presence and content strategy. This role will be responsible for elevating brand awareness, strengthening market positioning, and supporting business growth through compelling, consistent, and high-impact content across all channels.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can translate complex ideas into engaging storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences. He or she will be able to bring ideas to life while maintaining a clear focus on results and strong attention to detail. They are also data-driven and results-oriented, using insights to guide decisions and continuously improve performance.
Brand Strategy & Management, Analytics & Optimization
- Own and manage company brand, ensuring consistency across all messaging, visuals, and communications
- Partner with leadership to align brand strategy with business goals and growth initiatives
- Develop and refine brand positioning, voice, and guidelines
- Track, analyze, and report on content and campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve strategy, messaging, and channel effectiveness
- Partner closely with business development, operations, and leadership teams and support recruiting, culture, and employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners as needed
Content Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel content strategy, developing compelling content across digital, social, web, email, and print
- Oversee content calendar, ensuring timely, relevant, and high-quality output
- Translate technical and industry-specific information into engaging, accessible content
Digital & Campaign Marketing
- Support digital marketing initiatives including website, SEO, and social media presence
- Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and ROI
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or content marketing
- Industry experience in construction, engineering or industrial sectors
- Experience managing multi-channel content strategies
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools, and marketing platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
