POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives and drive business growth. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in enhancing our brand identity and promoting our assets to target audiences through various channels.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy, Planning & Performance
· Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies that boost brand visibility and provide consistent messaging across all channels.
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
· Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to make data-driven decisions and optimize future initiatives and results.
· Champion cross-departmental collaboration to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
· Implement and manage CRM strategy and execution, integrating marketing efforts to support broker relationships, tenant retention, and performance tracking.
· Stay current with the latest marketing trends, techniques and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to ensure our company remains competitive and relevant.
Content, Brand and Digital Channels
· Manage the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and other collateral to support the marketing of the LKWP brand as well as individual assets, including office, industrial and multi-family properties, enhancing the company’s authenticity and brand image.
· Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence, engaging with audiences to promote our brand and our properties.
· Strategize in coordination with Marketing Generalist in the creation of original copy for a variety of marketing and communication projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media), review and edit content, develop concepts, and articulate messaging.
· Manage the LKWP brand, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing efforts.
· Collaborate with internal departments and all levels of the organization on branding initiatives including documents, events, gifts, collateral, and any other formats where the LKWP brand is displayed, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Partnerships, PR, Cross-Functional Leadership
· Coordinate with third-party vendors in the creation and execution of marketing collateral, including but not limited to freelance designers, contracted marketing consultants and real estate brokerage teams.
· Collaborate with vendors and consultants, holding them accountable to effective and efficient execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
· Manage third-party PR agency to coordinate thought leadership speaking engagements and other public appearances for company executives and subject matter experts to enhance brand visibility.
· Identify PR opportunities and manage nomination process for various professional and community awards (i.e., Top 10 lists, Best Places to Work).
· Develop and maintain effective relationships with key industry partners and vendors.
· Maintain and grow LKWP’s presence in key industry organizations (e.g., Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, CREW), to foster strategic partnerships and visibility.
· Supervise, mentor, and develop marketing team members, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing environment aligned with departmental and company goals.
· Attend recurring meetings as needed to provide key stakeholders with timely updates and hold internal teams accountable to timely decision-making.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION &/OR EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
· Experience and ability to manage people and teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve team goals and objectives.
· Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
· Experience with traditional and digital marketing functions, content marketing, social media marketing and branding.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
· Experience and ability to manage people and teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve team goals and objectives.
· Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus.

FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Location: Bellevue, WA
Salary Range: $135,000 – 170,000, depending on experience.
Bonus: Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
