What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and execute organic + paid social media strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Run paid social campaigns (targeting, A/B testing, optimization, reporting)
  • Support demand generation efforts by promoting campaigns, content, and events through social channels
  • Drive executive and employee advocacy programs, including LinkedIn thought leadership
  • Manage social media calendar, content distribution, and real-time event coverage
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data


What They’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn ads and paid social campaigns
  • Ability to execute campaigns hands-on (not just strategy)
  • Experience working across multiple channels (social, video, content)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with leadership


Nice to Have

  • Experience in technology or SaaS environments
  • Exposure to YouTube/video content strategy
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar
