What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and deliver high-impact tradeshows and events, managing logistics end-to-end
  • Support marketing campaigns across content, digital, and brand activity
  • Own internal meeting and event coordination, including travel, accommodation, and scheduling
  • Maintain and manage marketing materials and inventory to support commercial activity


What You’ll Bring

  • 1-3 years’ experience in marketing, events, or coordination-focused roles
  • Exposure to tradeshows, events, or campaign support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, with basic design skills (Adobe or Canva)
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, with any additional digital or content skills advantageous
