Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Coordinator to own day-to-day execution across our website, marketing materials, social media, and trade show coordination. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys producing high-quality work, being organized, and getting things done quickly. You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in how BCM presents itself to customers.

Beauty Chain Manufacturing (BCM) is a fast-growing cosmetic manufacturing company based in Reno, Nevada. We develop and produce high-quality personal care and beauty products for leading brands across the country. We work across formulation, packaging, and production to support both emerging and established brands.

NOTE: This role will be fully remote while we complete our new office space, with a transition to an in-office setting once construction is finalized.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Materials

  • Build and update pitch decks, one-pagers, and capability presentations
  • Turn rough inputs into clean, client-ready materials quickly
  • Maintain consistency across all marketing assets

Website Management

  • Update and maintain BCM’s website (content, products, capabilities)
  • Ensure all information is current and aligned with sales efforts
  • Coordinate with developers or platforms as needed

Trade Shows & Events

  • Plan and execute trade shows end-to-end:
  • Booth logistics, shipping, setup coordination
  • Vendor management (printers, booth fabricators, etc.)
  • Materials (samples, signage, collateral)
  • Coordinate travel and schedules for team members
  • Ensure smooth, detail-oriented execution

Social Media & Content

  • Manage LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Create and schedule posts (projects, capabilities, events)
  • Coordinate simple graphics or content as needed


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or events
  • Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills (ability to create clean, professional decks)
  • Experience updating websites (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • Trade show or comparable event coordination experience


Nice to have:

  • Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe)
  • Experience in beauty, CPG, or manufacturing


Compensation

  • $60,000 – $70,000 base salary
  • Bonus potential (performance-based)
