We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury real estate. The ideal candidate will be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and excited to work with some of the top real estate agents in the state! 


Key Responsibilities


Marketing Support:

  • Assist with developing and implementing email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the layout of brochures, flyers, and all print marketing materials on Canva and Adobe Suite.
  • Assist with social media content creation, strategy, and channel management for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Assist with compiling mailing lists for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Assist with the development of paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials such as property descriptions, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Research market trends and update market dynamics monthly
  • Make website updates and ensure properties listed are consistent on the website and across MLS, TourFactory, and Zillow.


Administrative Support:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, greeting office visitors, and organizing files.
  • Maintain and update the client database and CRM system.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Support the team with event planning and coordination for open houses, luxury property showcases, and client events.
  • Visit vacant properties regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition, and there are marketing pieces available for showings.
  • Pickup marketing material from vendors and distribute to properties.
  • Facilitate lockbox installation and removal, ensure keys are properly managed and accessible for showings.
  • Run errands as needed to support the listing and sales process, including delivering documents, coordinating with vendors, and retrieving supplies.


Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to be on-site full-time, five days per week.
  • Motivated with strong organizational and multitasking skills, with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Docs, Google Voice, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox. CRM experience is a plus.
  • Experience with social media platforms (IG, FB, and LinkedIn), Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing tools (Mailchimp)
  • Passion for luxury real estate, marketing, and high-end client services.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Previous marketing, social media, and/or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
