Position Overview
The Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA) is seeking a versatile, detail-oriented Marketing and Events Manager to join our fast-paced communications and events team. This role is perfect for someone who loves to see a project through from the first draft of a speaker agenda to the final attendee survey at a statewide conference. The ideal candidate will have digital, design, and social media skills and familiarity with email marketing and web content management. We are looking for someone who is organized, creative, flexible, and able to manage multiple assignments and duties. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Communications and works across departments to ensure the NHA’s voice is clear, consistent, and impactful.

The Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA) is a statewide trade association representing Nebraska's hospitals and health systems since 1927.
The hospital and health system field is the only sector of Nebraska’s economy that touches every citizen and business of Nebraska. Not only do hospitals support a healthy Nebraska and provide essential health care services, they are also among the largest employers and economic drivers in most regions of the state. Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
Physical Requirements:
Walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods. Must have or obtain a valid driver’s license in the state of Nebraska.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid. The position requires 2-3 days in the office in addition to occasional travel to meetings and association events, and may require time away from home outside normal working hours.
