Description - This position will be focused on Process Manufacturing. They will be responsible for the estimation, specification, selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, validation, and documentation of automated manufacturing equipment. This role would work closely with the cross functional team to lead technical automation initiatives from concept through full production launch. They would be responsible for ensuring performance, reliability, safety, and cost targets are achieved.
Qualifications
4-year degree in engineering or related field
5+ years experience in automation or advanced manufacturing environments
Experience specifying and commissioning automated equipment
Knowledge of PLC integration, robotics integration, industrial controls, safety circuits, pneumatics, and mechanical design
Experience managing external vendors and capital projects
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship requirements
Preference for candidates who already live in the area or have an established reason for relocating beyond this specific role
