We’re partnering with a leading precision metal manufacturer supporting the medical device industry, and they’re looking for a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer who thrives in fast-paced production environments and enjoys blending hands-on engineering with strategic business impact.

🎯 What You Bring

You’re someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and big-picture thinking.

You have:

  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
  • A strong background in high-volume production environments
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Cycle times
  • Scrap reduction
  • Cost drivers


Bonus points for experience with:

  • Progressive stamping (highly preferred)
  • CNC machining / metal manufacturing
  • NPI and process optimization
  • Costing and quoting


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

🏭 Manufacturing & Process Engineering

  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost
  • Lead new product introductions (NPI) from concept to production
  • Develop tooling, fixtures, and optimized manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot production challenges using root cause analysis
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve operations


💰 Costing & Quoting

  • Review engineering drawings (GD&T)
  • Determine manufacturing methods and cost drivers
  • Build cost estimates for new opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support program wins
