- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to drive process optimization and tooling improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues related to production and product design
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems utilizing SolidWorks
Key Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BS Engineering) required
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically SolidWorks
- Demonstrated experience managing projects with a focus on LEAN and Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies
