Manufacturing Engineer

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes that drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. This role partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain and provides hands‑on support on the production floor.


Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually plus annual bonus


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, and standard work
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts (OEE, productivity, scrap reduction, throughput)
  • Design tooling, fixtures, automation, and error‑proofing solutions
  • Analyze production data and lead root‑cause problem solving
  • Support new product introductions and pilot builds
  • Drive cost‑reduction and efficiency initiatives
  • Support capital equipment selection, ROI justification, and implementation
  • Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and daily floor support


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering
  • 3–7 years of Manufacturing Engineering or process improvement experience
  • Strong problem‑solving and data analysis skills

Preferred: Job shop or mixed‑model experience, ERP/MES systems, automation/CNC exposure, Lean or Six Sigma certification.
