Job Title: Manufacturing Automation Engineer (Robotics & AI Transformation)

Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary Senior Manufacturing Automation Engineer to lead the transformation of our production facility. You will design, program, and implement next-generation automated assembly lines. This role bridges traditional industrial automation with cutting-edge AI technologies to optimize efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Key Responsibilities
- Line Implementation: Design and deploy fully automated assembly lines from concept to final commissioning.
- Robotic Programming: Develop, simulate, and debug advanced motion paths for KUKA or FANUC industrial robots.
- Controls Integration: Program and integrate Allen-Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000) and HMI/SCADA systems.
- AI Transformation: Deploy AI-driven applications, such as computer vision for quality inspection and machine learning for predictive maintenance.
- Robotic Welding: Configure and optimize robotic MIG/TIG welding cells, including torch calibration and weld sequencing.
- System Integration: Connect factory floor hardware with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and IoT networks.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing automation, with experience in robotic welding applications.
- Robot Expertise: Advanced programming proficiency with FANUC (TP/Karel) or KUKA (KRL) robotic systems.
- PLC Expertise: Mastery of Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix platforms and Rockwell Automation software.
- Advanced Tech: Hands-on experience integrating AI vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) or smart factory IoT platforms.
