Role Description

This full-time role for Manager of Shop Operations is based in New Berlin, WI,. The Manager of Shop Operations will oversee daily operations, manage techs, optimize workflows, and ensure efficiency in the shop’s processes. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing inventory, liaising with vendors, and supporting sales teams with equipment readiness. The role combines operational management expertise with hands-on knowledge of machining and sales support to drive overall business success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and strong Analytical Skills to optimize processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in Team Management to lead shop staff effectively, foster collaboration, and ensure safety compliance.
• Knowledge of Machining techniques to ensure proper maintenance, repair, and functionality of heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with Sales processes, including understanding client equipment needs and supporting business growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic operational demands.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and equipment maintenance best practices is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
