We’re looking for an Affiliate & Influence Marketing Manager (TikTok Shop) to lead and scale a high-growth social commerce channel, driving revenue, shaping strategy, and building a dynamic creator ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Own and scale the TikTok Shops channel—driving revenue, profitability, and performance
• Build and optimize affiliate + influencer programs that fuel growth
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer experience
• Use data + trends to shape strategy, merchandising, and campaign execution
• Test, learn, and continuously innovate in a fast-moving digital landscape

What You Bring

• 4–6 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social commerce
• Proven success growing TikTok Shops or similar platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance metrics + financial modeling
• Passion for social trends, beauty/skincare, and building communities
