Overall Responsibilities
We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Social Commerce Shop Operations to take ownership of the end-to-end execution and operational performance of TikTok Shop, supporting overall channel growth and GMV.
This role is responsible for ensuring the shop runs seamlessly while supporting creator, affiliate, and live commerce operations, and helping connect performance data across platforms.
As TikTok Shop becomes a critical growth engine, this individual will ensure we operate with precision, speed, and data-driven clarity while supporting the continued growth of our social commerce business.
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Own day-to-day execution across the TikTok Shop backend within Seller Center.
- Manage product setup, listings, pricing, discounts, bundles, promotions, and assortment updates.
- Execute campaign enrollment, launches, promotional activations, and pricing changes.
- Support sampling workflows and backend coordination for creator and affiliate programs.
- Ensure all SKUs are live, accurate, compliant, and optimized while proactively resolving any shop health issues.
- Support affiliate and paid creator programs from onboarding and briefing through tracking and performance reporting.
- Assist with mass sample management, including creator communication, tracking, data entry, and fulfillment coordination.
- Support backend execution of TikTok Live activations, including setup, promotions, real-time coordination, and conversion-focused support.
- Track and report on creator, affiliate, and live commerce performance.
- Monitor key performance metrics including GMV, traffic, conversion rate, CTR, AOV, and content volume.
- Maintain performance trackers and support weekly and monthly reporting.
- Own and maintain cross-functional performance scorecards while ensuring data accuracy.
- Connect TikTok Shop data with external tools and reporting platforms to provide a clear view of channel performance.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting performance and proactively recommend solutions.
- Partner with internal teams including Paid Media, Creative, Operations, Finance, and external agencies to ensure alignment across campaigns and deliverables.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively flag out-of-stock risks.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to support channel growth and scale.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce, marketplace operations, or eCommerce operations.
- Hands-on experience working within TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Experience supporting creator, affiliate, influencer, or live commerce programs.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, promotions, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
- Experience analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve results.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and operational issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with Shopify integrations, Polar Analytics, FastMoss, Kalodata, Euka.ai, or similar tools is a plus.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
