The Opportunity

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Manager of Learning & Capability Building to join our Global Talent Management team. This role is responsible for leading the execution and continuous evolution of enterprise learning programs focused on Leader Learning and Core Management Capabilities. You will serve as the defacto program lead, owning day-to-day execution, quality, and delivery standards across assigned learning initiatives. You will own the delivery of scalable, high-quality learning initiatives while applying strong design principles to ensure experiences are engaging, relevant, and drive behavior change.

You will play a key role in shaping and scaling Hyatt’s learning ecosystem—balancing strategy, execution, and operational excellence across multiple initiatives.

The Role

· Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise learning programs focused on Leader Learning and Core Management Capabilities, ensuring alignment to timelines, quality, and outcomes

· Own day-to-day program operations, delivery cadence, and risk mitigation

· Design and oversee blended, user-centered learning experiences that drive real-world application

· Translate business needs into learning strategies, program plans, and actionable roadmaps

· Drive stakeholder alignment and prioritization across cross-functional partners as the primary point of contact

· Oversee content strategy; Create or curate content, ensuring clarity, relevance, and scalability of complex topics

· Continuously evaluate and improve programs using learner feedback and data

· Establish governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and Hyatt brand expectations

· Define success metrics, analyze performance, and communicate actionable insights

· Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and iteration across program design and execution

Experience Required:

· 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Program Management, Sales Enablement, or Consulting environment with a strong focus on learning, capability building, or change, or comparable experience

· Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions

· Demonstrated experience owning complex programs end to end, with accountability for outcomes—not just design or facilitation

· Strong program and project management skills

· Experience working with learning technologies and external vendors

· Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment

· Proven ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

Experience Preferred:

· Experience in global, multi-location organizations

· Experience building or scaling continuous learning journeys

· Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning ecosystems

· Experience using data and insights to measure and improve learning effectiveness

· Exposure to governance, reporting, and operational excellence frameworks
