Maintenance Technician - 36/hr - Direct Placement

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Perform precision machine repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Balance work between preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
  • Collaborate with lead technicians and production operators.
  • Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Travel between plant locations including Troy, Piqua, and Kings Chapel.

Essential Skills

  • Strong pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and prints.
  • Knowledge of mechanical drive systems and bearing maintenance/replacement.
  • Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial electrical systems.
  • Welding skills and familiarity with 3-phase electrical systems.
  • Experience with Allen-Bradley systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • 5+ years of experience with good tenure.
  • 2-year Electronics degree preferred, electro-mechanical strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to pursue additional education related to electrical controls.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $36.00/hr.
