Maintenance Technician

We’re seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our 2nd shift team at in Milwaukee, WI. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automated systems. As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll directly support production efficiency, equipment reliability, and overall plant performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated systems throughout the facility
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues on production equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability
  • Partner closely with production teams to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency
  • Respond quickly and effectively to technical issues to keep production on track

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 5-day work week (weekends off!)
  • Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM
  • Friday: 12 PM – 4 PM
  • Regular voluntary overtime available

Requirements Behavioral Requirements - Personal Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience
  • Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended amount of time
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow all safety guidelines for all, hand tools, power tools, processing, packaging, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical schematics
  • Ability to be proficient using CMMS system
  • Ability to work successfully with all maintenance, and operations personnel.
  • Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and components
