What You’ll Do:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial boiler systems, steam, and fluid distribution equipment
- Install, thread, and modify piping systems (black pipe, stainless, copper)
- Service and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime
- Rebuild and install components such as gearboxes, pumps, bearings, shafts, and motors
- Execute maintenance welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) on piping and equipment
- Align, balance, and maintain rotating equipment
- Support equipment installations, startups, and plant improvement projects
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to lubrication schedules
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and plant safety standards
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Hands-on experience with boilers, piping systems, and pipefitting
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Comfortable working at heights up to 80 ft
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and safety standards
- Willingness to earn RCRA & Mobile Equipment Certifications
