About the Role
Team 360 Staffing is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician / HVAC to support a campus facilities environment in Vallejo, CA. This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician with strong HVAC expertise and experience across electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for students, faculty, and staff, while also supporting preventive maintenance programs and small facilities projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and building systems
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, etc.)
- Address plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, and fixture repairs
- Complete general building maintenance (lighting, doors, flooring, painting)
- Accurately log maintenance activities and work orders
- Assist with minor construction and campus projects
- Support safe operations and ensure compliance with safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance and HVAC (commercial or facilities preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- EPA 608 Certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits
- 💰 Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 annually
- 🏖️ 10 days of paid vacation after 90 days of service
