JOB DESCRIPTION
This position performs general restoration, renovation, and maintenance work. Work is performed under the general direction of the Facilities Office Manager with the latitude for exercise of individual knowledge and technical skill. Will serve as a resource specialist in a designated skilled trade. This position requires the ability to be on call 24 hours on a rotating basis.
Work may require light to moderate carrying (10 to 45 pounds), simple grasping, dual simultaneous grasping, sitting, standing, twisting, kneeling, stooping, walking, climbing stairs/ladders and reaching above shoulders. Capable of working closely with others or alone. Ability to see, read, write, count, tell time, and operate office equipment. May require travel.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in facility maintenance
• Proficient with hand tool operation
• Have a current and valid driver's license and be approved for automobile liability coverage under Integral Care's insurer, the Texas Council Risk Management Fund
