Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview

Insight Global is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 2nd shift maintenance team at a large food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, supervising skilled trades, and driving equipment reliability and improvements within the plant.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend overtime as needed
• Ability to transition shifts every 12–18 months required
• Salary ranging from $70,000 - $99,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics, electricians, plumbers, and skilled trades
• Manage maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance schedules
• Utilize CMMS to track and prioritize work
• Lead equipment installs, startups, and process improvements
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems and production issues
• Support vendor selection and manage contract work
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
• Communicate maintenance activities and projects to plant leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
• Proven leadership and team oversight experience
• Strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Food manufacturing or protein processing experience
