- tely.Work with purchasing and storeroom teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce stock
- outs.Track consumption trends to ensure long-term parts availabi

- ianceEnsure all planned jobs include proper safety instructions, permits, and lockout/ tagout requirem
- ents.Support compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and OSHA stand

lure.Qualifica
- tionsAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experie
- nce).3–5+ years of maintenance planning experience in automotive or high-volume manufactu
- ring.Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodolo
- gies.Experience with CMMS platforms (SAP PM, Maximo, eMaint, Fiix, or simi
- lar).Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and reliability tools (RCM, RCA, F
- MEA).Ability to interpret technical drawings and equipment man
- uals.Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving sk
ills.Preferred S
